Testimonials
“I found Maria at a very low point in life and through questions, practices and exercises she was able to direct me to a path of sustainability to cope in the present time and the future. She explained various practices to me e.g. Compassionate focused therapy – which I realised I did not do and quite often I was my harshest judge preventing me from moving forward. I did not always find the sessions easy, but Maria was wonderful in helping me address some very difficult life events and providing some answers to the issues that were causing the problems.”
